A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager for its on-site operations in Brampton, Ontario. This role involves overseeing payroll and benefits for employees in both Canada and the U.S.
This 3-month contract has strong potential for permanent placement. You will manage payroll processing for around 1,500 employees, ensure legal compliance, and administer benefit programs. If you thrive in an independent role and have strong leadership skills, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for 1,500 employees
• Review compliance with payroll regulations across jurisdictions
• Administer pension programs and employee benefits
• Support payroll functions for union and non-union staff
