Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
SDR Supervisor
to lead, develop, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and aligning daily operations with overall business objectives.

Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs
Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs
Oversee daily operations and workflow execution
Conduct 1:1 sessions, coaching, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
