SaskTel Centre is looking for an enthusiastic Box Office Cashier to join team on a casual basis with availability during the day as well as periodically will be asked to evenings and weekends. The Box Office Cashier is responsible for selling tickets and provides customer service by communicating information regarding the events, seating options, price structures, and other details to help guests select the best event ticket option.
Typical Duties
Processes event ticket sales in person using SaskTel Centre ticketing software. Supporting customers on the phone with their online purchases. Provides event details to customers including schedules, event description, policy explanation and facility access/egress.
