Boutique Pilates Instructor Role

Lead engaging Pilates classes in our boutique fitness studio! Support members on their wellness journeys while creating a fun and welcoming environment.
As a Boutique Pilates Instructor, you will utilize your technical knowledge to guide members through effective workouts. You’ll be responsible for ensuring safety in each class while motivating attendees to reach their personal fitness goals. This position needs a friendly and adaptable individual committed to enhancing client fitness experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early for setup
• Greet and interact with class members
• Deliver high-energy Pilates sessions
• Supervise technique to ensure safety
• Collect member feedback and build relationships
Requirements:
• Relevant fitness certifications or workshops
• 1+ years experience in similar roles preferred
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification needed
