Bot Developer – Conversational AI | International Projects

At Vortech PCI Group, we are looking for an experienced Bot Developer – Conversational AI to join an international team and work on next-generation customer care solutions based on AI-powered chatbots and voicebots.

This role focuses on designing, developing, training, and optimizing conversational AI solutions, with strong involvement in bot development, Generative AI, NLU, integrations, and scalable customer experience platforms.

You will design, develop, train, and optimize conversational AI solutions, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable bot experiences.
