**Position Title**: Border Crossing Operations
**Position Summary**
The Border Crossing Operations Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate coordination of international shipments crossing the US-Mexico border. This role ensures constant communication with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to guarantee a seamless process. The position requires attention to detail, operational discipline, and a high level of responsiveness in a dynamic logistics environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily border crossings with brokers, transfers, and/or carriers
- Update shipments in the Optimiz system according to crossing operations
- Communicate any deviations or irregularities to the OCS/SCM team effectively and on time
- Maintain continuous and clear communication with the Border Crossing Team Lead and the Night Shift Supervisor
- Ensure operational punctuality and reliability
- Promote a positive and collaborative culture within the team
