About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of a fast-growing staffing and recruiting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions
- Process payroll entries and reconcile timesheets
- Generate and manage client invoices
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain general ledger accuracy
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Track payroll taxes and assist with compliance reporting
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Monitor cash flow and assist with margin tracking
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, AR aging, etc.)
