Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions including income and expenses
- Maintain accurate and updated bookkeeping records and general ledger
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare payment schedules and disbursement requests for approval
- Track expenses and report any discrepancies or unusual transactions
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable record keeping
- Assist in preparing financial data for monthly and annual reports
- Coordinate closely with the Chief Accountant on finance requirements
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
