We are a growing company looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team full-time , in-office , in the Collingwood area. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, collaborative team that takes pride in its work and continues to grow. There is also an opportunity to assist in project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle bookkeeping
  • Processing and managing payroll
  • All accounts payable transactions including vendor payment set up
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reports for Controller
  • Assisting with general administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping/administration experience
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll and accounts payable processes
