We are seeking a Sous Chef to lead morning and evening culinary operations, ensuring excellent guest service and maintaining Sheraton brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise production, operational and sanitation aspects of all culinary and stewarding operations.
  • Coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
  • Estimate daily production needs on a weekly basis and communicate production needs to kitchen personnel daily.
  • Assist the Executive Chef with all banquet operations and preparation when required.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, coaching and developing the culinary team.
