We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with developmental disabilities through evidence-based behavioral services that promote growth, independence, and quality of life. In this role, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior supports that meet each person's unique needs. What You'll Do: Behavior Assessment & Intervention Design treatment plans that are sensitive to individuals' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs Develop, implement, and evaluate behavior intervention plans Conduct naturalistic observations in both individual and group settings Support individuals in achieving meaningful progress through evidence-based behavioral strategies Collaboration & Training Facilitate a team approach toward treatment planning and service delivery Provide organizational training related to behavior program implementation Collaborate with staff and interdisci...
