• As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.
• This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful outcomes.
• You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related challenges.
