Responsibilities
- Develop and generate BMS sales opportunities in UAE market
- Meet consultants, contractors, and end users for business development
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for BMS projects
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams for project submissions
- Follow up quotations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after‑sales support
- Identify new projects and market opportunities in Dubai UAE
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
- Prepare sales reports and update management regularly
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of BMS sales experience in UAE
- UAE driving license mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
