**Position Requirements**:
- Lead the comprehensive design, development, and production release of all BMS hardware components Safety Strategy, including master controllers, Cell Supervisory Circuits (CSCs), communication interfaces (CAN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, Bluetooth, WLAN (IEEE 802.11)), power electronics, and sensing circuits (voltage, current, temperature).
- Based on upstream battery safety requirements, review and confirm detailed technical safety specifications and engineering designs for BMS and CSC assemblies, encompassing PCBs, wireless protocols, thermal fuses, circuit protection devices, wiring, terminals, connectors, and assembly processes (laser welding, ultrasonic welding, soldering, crimping, orbital riveting, labeling).
- Demonstrate the compliance of BMS HW with ISO 26262 and other applicable standards.
