Bms Engineer (Battery Management System) (Xico)

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled BMS Engineer with strong experience in Battery Management Systems, embedded software, and automotive electrification technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for development, integration, testing, and validation of BMS functionalities for EV/Hybrid vehicle applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate Battery Management System (BMS) features and control algorithms for EV/Hybrid applications.
• Design and implement battery monitoring functions including SOC (State of Charge), SOH (State of Health), cell balancing, thermal management, and fault diagnostics.
• Work on MATLAB/Simulink Model-Based Development (MBD) for BMS applications.
• Perform system integration, software testing, debugging, and validation activities.
• Support MIL, SIL, HIL, and vehicle-level testing for BMS functionalities.
