We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to help us find and onboard the best independent contractors in this niche field. The Role As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle sourcing and hiring of independent contractors (stone restorers, conservators, and cleaning specialists). Key Responsibilities Actively source and identify qualified independent contractors (individuals or small teams) specializing in headstone cleaning and restoration. Screen candidates for technical skills, experience with stone materials (marble, granite, limestone), and knowledge of safe cleaning methods.
