What will you do?

• Serve as the primary champion and facilitator for the Blatchford Concept Plan and Business Case, managing its evolution in response to market conditions and Council priorities
• Provide clear direction on complex business and financial strategies that have long‑term impacts on project‑retained earnings
• Chair cross‑departmental Integration Committees to ensure the timely coordination of major City Building Projects, such as potential community energy solutions and sustainable transportation links
• Oversee site preparation milestones, including environmental assessments and remediation, to ensure land parcels are physically and administratively ready for sale
• Manage the Invitation for Offers to Purchase (IFOP) procurement process to select qualified development partners and ensure compliance with mandatory green building standards
