About The Role

OCIC Consulting International Inc. is a Philippines-based business consultancy specializing in company registration, regulatory compliance, and immigration services for foreign enterprises. We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee Filipino Chinese to join our Business Licensing Department. The role bridges communication between Chinese-speaking clients and our Philippine team, building toward a full Account Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Management

• Assist in managing end-to-end client engagements from onboarding through license issuance and post-issuance support
• Serve as primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients; provide timely updates in Chinese (Mandarin or Hokkien) and English
