BIW Process Engineer
Objective of Position: A Body in White Fixture design Engineer having strong experience on Concept Design & 3D finishing of complex BIW fixtures, manufacturing and assembly process is required to work a long term either in offshore or onsite for a leading Automotive company.
Responsibilities: As a Body in White Fixture Design Engineer, you will be responsible for Conceptual design, 3D Finish, 2D Layout and detailing of BIW fixtures and its Components, Process documentation to buy off the concepts to the Customers as per the timeline.
Job Description:
- A 2-6 Experience in Process engineering of BIW assembly lines for Underbody, Body side and Closures.
- Experience on Build sequence, Lay-out Creation, Gant preparation.
- Creation of Joint allocation, Clamping Plan, Panel Loading and Unloading Sequence.
