Biosimilar Platform IBP Execution Manager (Madrid)

As Biosimilar Platform IBP Execution Manager you’ll drive the execution of the IBP cycle at platform level by coordinating inputs, supporting forum facilitation, and ensuring timely delivery of aligned outputs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions
• Ensure data readiness and alignment prior to IBP forums
• Plan and manage IBP cycle calendar and milestones
• Support and co‑facilitate IBP forums (P&PR, DR, SR, S&OP)
• Structure issues into clear discussion topics
• Track decisions, actions and escalations
• Ensure follow‑up and closure of actions
• Escalate issues to Platform IBP Lead where needed
• Ensure adherence to IBP processes and standards

• 6–10+ years in supply chain, planning, finance or commercial roles
