Biomedical Operations Lead, Health Screening Programs

Ailin.health is seeking an Operations Biomedical Specialist to join our fast-paced Operations team. You will oversee end-to-end execution of screening programs, ensure medical quality and patient experience, and serve as the main operational contact for B2B, B2C and internal clients.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technology, Data & AI, and Product to drive data-driven improvements, manage multiple projects, and support cross-border program delivery across Europe.
