The Biomed Specialty Lead, Education Programs plays a key role in advancing Operation Smile’s global mission by designing and managing biomedical training programs that strengthen surgical care capacity in low-resource settings. Reporting to the Director of Operative Specialty Leads, this position oversees the development and execution of comprehensive education pathways, including program planning, trainee engagement, regional conferences, and strategic partnerships.
