BIM/CAD Specialist

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM/CAD Specialist – Landscape to join our team. In this role you will perform basic to moderately-difficult design/drafting assignments requiring a working knowledge of design/drafting standards, practices, and techniques.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide front‑line project‑specific support to design teams.
• Create landscape BIM models and drawings within Revit / Civil 3D to fulfill client requirements from LOD 100 to LOD 350.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks / Revizto.
• Prepare landscape drawings (general arrangements, grading plans, layouts, details, etc.) from rough sketches or general engineering/design information per established standards and procedures.
• Develop and maintain CAD and BIM libraries, continually advancing platform efficiency and utilization.
• Use technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies. ...
