We are looking for a Program Driver / Lead Coach to lead and operate our Technical Learning Paths. This person will be the main owner of the program, responsible for structuring the learning journey, coordinating technical experts and trade coaches, managing the weekly rhythm, and ensuring trainees receive a clear, practical, and consistent training experience.
