Job Title: Documentation Standards and BIM Support Specialist
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)
Job Summary
The Documentation Standards & BIM Support Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing company-wide documentation standards for the client's architecture and interior design team operating in Australia and the Philippines. The role begins with a strong focus on collaborating with the onshore team to establish consistent drawing standards, templates, and documentation workflows. Over time, the position will evolve into a BIM-focused role, supporting the implementation of these standards across project teams and contributing to the firm’s digital delivery strategy.
This role requires strong knowledge of Australian architectural documentation requirements, including relevant codes, standards, and industry conventions.
