BIM Specialist

Multiple BIM Roles | Singapore, India

United Service Consultants Pte. Ltd. is expanding its BIM team across multiple project sites and regional offices. We're currently looking to fill the following roles:

BIM Manager — Singapore (on-site)

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management required.
• BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM certification required.
• 8+ years BIM experience (3+ in management) required; full project-duration commitment.
• Ability to lead BIM teams of 10–30 members, including subcontractor BIM teams.
• Lead end-to-end BIM delivery for the project, developing the BEP, managing model coordination and clash detection, overseeing version control and chairing ICE meetings.
• Proficient in BIM software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Enscape, Fuzor, Solibri.
• Proficient in BIM processes & standards: Model Federation, Information Delivery Planning, LOD/L...
