Job Responsibilities
- Ability to execute against the proper VIATechnik playbook and follow requirements laid out on the BIM checklist
- Convert civil site and utility drawings to Revit 3D models
- Create models that are physically constructible in the field, with a focus on site grading, underground utilities, and civil infrastructure
- Perform clash coordination for civil, MEP underground, and site utility systems
- Produce coordination drawings for site and utility disciplines
- Prepare RFIs related to civil site and utility issues for project managers
- Review civil drawings, specifications, instructions, and other requirements to ensure the successful management of projects
- Act as the first-line quality control manager for civil and utility models
