Responsibilities
- Support product demo meetings, including but not limited to technical demand exploration, product demo, Q&A, etc.
- Provide product professional training to product users; monitor product usage of key clients and improve customer satisfaction through various approaches.
- Provide project guidance for key clients based on business needs.
- Prepare technical materials for demo and training purposes.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing events.
