Job Description
- BIM modelling for architectural/structural & M & E discipline.
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow.
- Prepare design/proposal drawings to specifications set by requirements.
- Prepare construction drawings and as-built drawing.
- Prepare clash detection for services and other discipline architect/structure & M & E.
- Ensure drawings are being controlled and transmitted.
- Work out on material take-offs from all engineering drawing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software is an added advantage
- Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management and/or building with min 2 years' experience with construction companies.
