BIM Engineer
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and deliver BIM models in line with project and company standards.
- Coordinate BIM models across disciplines with a focus on MEP services.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and lead coordination and resolution reviews.
- Facilitate and attend BIM and coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and internal project teams.
- Ensure models and outputs comply with project BIM standards, workflows, and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Work closely with design engineers, site teams, and stakeholders to resolve design and constructability issues.
- Design and model mechanical or electrical services using Revit.
- Produce accurate and coordinated drawings and BIM outputs for MEP services using Revit.
- Support continuous improvement of BIM processes and best practices across projects.
