Position: BIM Modeler – Underground Utilities

We are looking for a BIM Modeler with experience in modelling and coordinating underground services for building and infrastructure projects.

The candidate should have experience in preparing BIM models and drawings for underground drainage, water supply, fire-fighting pipelines, mechanical services, electrical and telecom duct routes, manholes, chambers and utility trenches.

The role involves coordinating underground services with building foundations, roads, external works and other utilities, identifying clashes, maintaining required slopes and levels, and preparing coordinated drawings for construction.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, Plumbing or a related discipline
• Experience in underground utilities or external services modelling
• Good working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks
