What we offer
The BIM Modeler will work closely with senior team members to model, develop, manage, and coordinate detailed Revit models used in residential construction and manufacturing. In this role, you will produce REVIT models that are ready to support permitting, site construction, manufacturing, procurement, and site installation. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized, and experienced in a design‑build–style environment, with strong technical knowledge of BIM software, workflows, and multi‑discipline coordination.
