We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join a leading MEP contracting team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support engineering and project teams by developing high-quality BIM models, participating in coordination activities, and ensuring accurate digital delivery across major construction projects. The role offers excellent exposure to complex developments including data centres, commercial high-rise buildings, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain discipline‑specific Revit models.
- Produce coordinated shop drawings and quantity take‑offs.
- Review engineering drawings, schematics, and single‑line diagrams.
- Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project and company standards.
