BIM Modeler - MEP

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design and address potential conflicts early.
• Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building elements, minimizing rework and delays.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications, to support project coordination and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in MEP principles.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in MEP BIM modeling, demonstrating a strong understanding of building systems and their integration.
