Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Revit MEP models for LV power, lighting, containment, earthing, and ELV systems.
- Conduct clash detection with mechanical and structural models.
- Coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Extract electrical drawings, panel schedules, and cable schedules from Revit models.
- Maintain model to project LOD requirements and BIM Execution Plan standards.
- Support design team with model‑based quantity extraction for procurement.
- Participate in federated model coordination sessions with MEP and structural teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5–9 years of electrical BIM modeling experience with a Tier 1 UAE MEP contractor.
- Advanced Revit MEP (Electrical) proficiency; Navisworks and BIM 360 experience required.
- Strong understanding of LV/ELV systems and UAE electrical authority requirements. ...
