We are seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeler with 2 years of experience in developing, coordinating, and delivering high‑quality BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models supporting multidisciplinary coordination and ensuring compliance with international standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, Power, Lighting, ELV, and Plumbing systems using Revit MEP up to LOD 400/500
- Perform clash detection, model coordination, and issue resolution using Navisworks and BIM coordination platforms
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery
