China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a BIM Manager to join our technical team in a newly awarded High Rise Tower project in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities
- :Receive and manage multiple subcontractor models
- .Coordinate all BIM reporting process for the project weekly & monthly with updated Temporary ,Logistics & Permanent in reporting 4D& 5D
- .Create BIM execution plan ,following project’s specifications, and work flow from LOD 250 till LOD 500 and handing over to FM
- .Maintain and analyze federated model mainly for coordination purposes
- .Review and analyze clash detection on federated model, Manage Communication of conflicts in model; both real and potential
- .Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings along with Technical and construction team, where ever required
