Responsibilities
- Lead the BIM strategy, execution, and governance for data center projects across all design stages.
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans, digital workflows, model standards, and coordination protocols.
- Oversee the creation, integration, and quality assurance of multidisciplinary models (MEP, architectural, structural, ICT, fire protection).
- Drive model coordination using platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC, ensuring clash‑free, fully aligned design outputs.
- Facilitate coordination meetings, model reviews, and digital workshops with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Jacobs’ global digital delivery frameworks, data governance standards, and project‑specific requirements.
- Support the development of digital twins, asset information models, and structured data deliverables aligned with ISO 19650.
