This position serves as the guarantor of technical integrity across our projects, ensuring that every deliverable — from early architectural design through final structural assembly — meets client specifications, local building regulations, and the company's quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary design coordination across architecture, structural, and MEP systems, identifying and resolving design conflicts before construction
• Develop and maintain the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality management system
