BIM Design & Digital Twin Lead

Turner & Townsend is looking for a BIM Coordinator to develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for projects in Santiago, Chile. In this role, you will set BIM protocols, manage model development, and lead integration with subcontractor models.

The ideal candidate will also oversee the accuracy of 3D/4D/5D models and support construction processes with quantitative take-offs and progress tracking. Mentorship of BIM teams and delivery of digital twins are key components of this role.
