Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update BIM models throughout the project life cycle.
- Analyze BIM models and generate reports to identify areas for improvement or potential issues.
- Collaborate with project team members, consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to coordinate and implement BIM development.
- Ensure that all BIM models are compatible and that BIM data is available to all project participants.
- Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Manage construction documents and track the submission.
- Hold a degree or diploma in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit and Naviswork software.
- Work a 5.5 days' work week.
