Responsibilities
- Work closely with Architects and team members in the creation and delivery of BIM Execution Plans.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements.
- Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools.
- Create BIM Design Models and Documentation.
- Coordinate with contractor and subcontractors.
- Degree / Diploma in Architecture with minimum 3 years industry experience.
- At least 3 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience.
- At least 2-4 completed Revit projects.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification – Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam.
