BIM Coordinator (HVAC Revit)

At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented BIM Designer to join our dedicated team at our office in Melbourne, Australia.

In this role, you will coordinate the use of Revit to generate 3D models of facilities and equipment for design and construction. You will also work on various projects as assigned by a BIM Manager/Project Manager/relevant director. Additionally, you will work with the Engineering and Design Staff, which is made up of Mechanical/Electrical/ Building Services/Process Engineers, Project Managers, Designers, Architects, and other personnel, to define and implement BIM applications for given projects.
