Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Reports To: BIM Manager
Job Summary
Manage the BIM team and processes for Middle East construction projects ensuring accurate clash-free and constructible BIM models.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee QA/QC and BIM model submissions across multiple disciplines (Architecture Structural MEP Infrastructure etc.).
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Revit and BIM 360.
- Provide guidance on workflows and software tools.
Work Environment
- Office-based with potential collaboration across time zones.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors in Architecture or Engineering.
- 10-15 years of BIM coordination experience in Middle East projects.
