Responsibilities
- Co‑ordination between the BIM Manager and BIM Engineers (discipline engineers for reviewing the Progressive Models received from the Contractor.
- Conducting the Model Health Check and Clash Reports for the received Models.
- Knowledge & experience of reviewing the 4D Simulations.
- Capability & experience in extracting various Schedules from the progressive Models.
- Initial Review of BIM Documents (e.g. – BIM Execution Plan etc.) received from the Contractor, prior to forwarding them to the BIM Manager for final review.
- Liaise with the BIM Manager on construction related technical issues which might be impacting BIM Models.
- Attending Weekly BIM Progress Meetings along with the BIM Manager.
- organize & conduct Internal BIM Meetings as & when required.
- Regular follow-up with the Contractor on the overall BIM activities & related progress.
