✔ Accredited Degree in Architecture
✔ Architectural Registration Required
✔ Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
✔ Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Navisworks, Rhino, and Grasshopper is a plus
✔ Strong understanding of building systems, building codes, QA/QC processes, and sustainable design principles
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and client coordination skills
