About the Role
We're looking for a technically minded Billing Support Specialist to help customers resolve billing, subscription, and product-related issues in a SaaS environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical support, solutions engineering, implementation, or customer operations experience. While billing experience is preferred, we're open to candidates with strong technical troubleshooting skills who can quickly learn SaaS billing concepts.
