Billing Team Lead
You will report to the Head of Finance and act as a bridge between Finance and Operations. You will lead a team of billing agents whose work mirrors that of Project Accountants, overseeing the entire lifecycle of project financials—from time and material tracking to revenue recognition.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our billing is accurate, timely, and compliant with sophisticated accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of billing agents, ensuring high performance in invoicing, project cost accounting, and cash application.
- Project Accounting & Revenue Management : Oversee complex accounting tasks including WIP analysis, revenue cut‑off procedures, and management of revenue deferrals and accruals.
