Under the general direction of the Finance Shared Service Center Manager, this position is responsible for supervising the billing team to ensure work is properly allocated, accurate, and completed within monthly closing deadlines. The role also serves as a liaison between the Sales and Billing departments for the implementation of new tariffs, heavy‑weight shipments, and customer inquiries related to invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and daily operational support to the Billing Team.
- Learn and master all billing-related systems, including Billing Processes and Tariffs/Pricing, to support each country as needed and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the Sales department to implement new pricing structures, routings, and packaging requirements for clients.
