In this role, you will manage the end-to-end billing and collections process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a best-in‐class customer experience.
You'll partner closely with Legal, Customer Support, and Accounting to maintain healthy accounts receivable, support customer payment plans, and resolve billing inquiries.
